Summer Station — Montreal
In Montreal, Station d’été temporarily transforms an urban setting into a place of pause that invites people to experience the city in a new way.
Designed by Îlot 84 for the City of Montreal, the project features flexible furnishings created to support a variety of uses. With areas adapted for outdoor work, including Wi-Fi access, it offers a new way to engage with the public realm at the heart of the city.
Jack World provided the technical design, fabrication, and installation of the custom furnishings. The project required translating the initial design into a solution adapted to the constraints of a temporary outdoor setting while preserving the desired visual identity.
Designed to support everyday uses, this development responds to the needs of an evolving urban environment.
Station d’été offers a pause within the urban pace, allowing people to slow down and enjoy the moment.
